BURBANK, CALIF. (November 19, 2007) -- PSI, an industry-leading provider of professional testing services and talent assessment solutions, announced today the acquisition of LaserGrade, LP. LaserGrade provides affordable and efficient computer-based testing through its network of testing centers located throughout North America. LaserGrade's comprehensive testing programs include delivery of tests for Federal and State agencies, as well as corporate clients and national certification organizations.
