REACHES NEW MILESTONES FOR DELIVERY,
CANDIDATE SATISFACTION AND SERVICE
OFFERINGS

26, 2006 LaserGrade announced
today that it had reached significant
milestones in August, 2006.
LaserGrade’s President and CEO, Mark
Setash, announced today that the
number of tests delivered in LaserGrade
test centers reached the highest level
in LaserGrade’s twelve year history.
“With the number of test sponsors and
partners using LaserGrade for their
delivery needs growing, it was
inevitable that we would be setting
volume records. While that alone is
satisfying, it is really impressive to
see the service levels we’ve met while
achieving this milestone.”
During August, candidate
satisfaction feedback also reached the
highest level to date. Each
candidate who tests in a LaserGrade test
facility is asked to provide feedback on
their experience at the end of their
computer-based test. They provide input
on a range of services including our
call center, the test center, content
and their overall testing experience
with LaserGrade. “During our highest
volume month ever, our candidate overall
satisfaction rate showed that more than
ninety-percent of all candidates
reported a score of very satisfied; the
highest rating offered. Our test
center network continues to expand and
includes over 135 higher education
institutions. These colleges and
universities have really added to our
test center network. And, the good news
is that many more are expressing
interest in working with us,” said
Suzanne Dailey, LaserGrade’s Director
of Client Services. Dailey added, “Our
number one goal, every day, is to
provide flawless delivery to our
customer’s test candidates. The
feedback we’re receiving shows that we
have a very satisfied group of
candidates who are testing in LaserGrade
test centers. This is a critical part of
meeting our goal and we’re very proud
of our latest results.”
Additionally, in August, LaserGrade
began offering expanded services. LaserGrade
now offers a variety of candidate
management services including fee
collection, applicant ADA processing,
candidate eligibility screening,
demographic data collection and
reporting, creation and dissemination of
candidate information (bulletins,
supplements and forms), exam challenge
administration, psychometric reporting
and a host of other administrative
functions. Jeff Blake,
LaserGrade’s VP of Operations, said,
“We’ve already begun performing
expanded candidate services on behalf of
one of our largest customers. We want to
become a single-source provider for our
customers. With so many organizations
over-worked and under-staffed, it makes
sense for them to outsource these
functions to their test-delivery
