LASERGRADE
AND ICC ANNOUNCE EXPANDED SERVICES AGREEMENT
Vancouver,
WA - August
15, 2006 LaserGrade and the
International Code Council (ICC) announced
today that they have signed a new delivery
agreement. Under this agreement, LaserGrade
will expand applicant processing services
for ICC test candidates. LaserGrade has
delivered computer-based testing on ICC’s
behalf for 5 years in LaserGrade’s secure,
proctored test centers throughout the United
States. The new agreement means that ICC
candidates for several contracting licenses
will now contact LaserGrade directly for all
of their registration and testing needs
including fee collection, ADA processing,
demographic information collection, exam
challenge administration, candidate
eligibility screening and more.
LaserGrade is pleased to now offer this
expanded offering to all of its customers,
beginning with ICC. Mark Setash, President
and CEO of LaserGrade stated, “We’re
excited to offer expanded services but
we’re even more pleased that ICC will be
the inaugural user. ICC is a very
forward-thinking organization that has grown
significantly in recent years. We’re
fortunate to be growing with them.”
Jeff Blake, Vice President of Operations
of LaserGrade, added, “ICC really led us
into expanding our services. Starting today
we will be providing a variety of services
to ICC candidates that were previously
completed by ICC employees. This frees them
up to do more important tasks and makes the
licensing process simpler for ICC
test-candidates.”
Dave Nelson, ICC’s Vice President,
Certification and Testing agreed, stating
“We wanted to simplify the process for our
candidates. It makes sense that they make
inquiries and receive information from the
same source where they schedule and
ultimately complete their computer-based
testing. LaserGrade’s network of secure
test centers has been a good fit for our
customers. At ICC we’re always looking to
provide the most quality and efficient
testing experience for all candidates.
Expanding the services that LaserGrade
provides helps us to continue this
tradition.”
