LASERGRADE ANNOUNCES DELIVERY AGREEMENT FOR SELECTED PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT NETWORK, INC. (pan) CUSTOMERS

Vancouver, WA - July 20, 2006 LaserGrade announced today that it has signed a new delivery agreement with pan (Performance Assessment Network, Inc.) to deliver pre- employment screening examinations using LaserGrade’s secure Proctored Internet Delivery Network.

Under this agreement, in mid-May, LaserGrade’s secure, proctored test centers began administering the U.S. Transportation Security Administration - Screener Assessment Battery (TSA-SAB), Capital One Proctored Assessment and U.S. Customs and Border Patrols on behalf of pan.
