LASERGRADE WINS NEW CONTRACT WITH CERTIFICATION BOARD FOR STERILE PROCESSING AND DISTRIBUTION, INC.

Vancouver, WA - June 20, 2006 LaserGrade today announced that it has signed a new contract with the Certification Board For Sterile Processing and Distribution, Inc. (CBSPD) to administer their five levels of professional certification examinations. LaserGrade will convert CBSPD’s paper and pencil examinations to computer- based examinations. Beginning in October '06 all CBSPD examinations will be delivered nationwide via LaserGrade’s secure network of test centers. LaserGrade, with secure computer-based testing centers across the United States and Canada, is the largest United States owned and operated network in North America.

The Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution, Inc. (CBSPD) is a non-profit Certification Board which plans, develops and administers competency-based certification examinations for personnel performing cleaning, disinfection, sterilization and inventory management activities.
