Inc. and LaserGrade for State Cosmetology Examination

Pennsylvania’s State Board of Cosmetology and Board of
Barber Examiners has selected Professional Credential
Services, Inc. (PCS) and LaserGrade to deliver examination
administration services and computer- based testing, using
the nationally recognized National Interstate Council of
State Boards of Cosmetology (NIC) examinations for its State
Cosmetology and Barbering Examinations.
