Wins New Contract with National Center for Aircraft
Technician Training (NCATT)
Vancouver,
WA - January
30, 2005 LaserGrade announced today that the
National Center for Aircraft Technician Training (NCATT)
has entered into an agreement to begin administering
NCATT’s Aircraft Electronics Technician (AET)
Certification and their many specialty or endorsement
certifications covering specific disciplines in aircraft
electronics or avionics. All examinations will be
delivered nation wide via LaserGrade’s secure test
network. LaserGrade, with
secure computer-based testing centers across the United States and Canada, is
the largest United States owned and operated network in North
America.
LaserGrade has an extensive history in testing in the
field of aviation. LaserGrade is one of only two
computer-based testing companies authorized by the
federal government to administer all Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA) Airman Knowledge Tests (pilots).
LaserGrade delivers more than 60 required exams for
commercial and private pilots and mechanics. As well,
LaserGrade has a joint marketing agreement with King
Schools, the world’s leading producer of aviation
training videos and computer software. The partnership
between the two companies is intended to increase both
the number of pilots testing in LaserGrade test centers
and to inform pilots of the various educational training
products and services produced by King Schools.
LaserGrade also partners with Experimental Aircraft
Association (EAA) to promote the Sport Pilot and
Aircraft Program, educating pilots about the importance
of training and certification.
