Vancouver, WA - October 26, 2005. LaserGrade today announced that the State of Idaho has signed an agreement that will enable the International Code Council (ICC) and LaserGrade, to provide computer-based testing services for ten new electrical trade and contractor business and law examinations.

ICC and LaserGrade together have partnered to deliver computer-based contractor exams for states across the country. States have increasingly been moving from paper and pencil examinations to LaserGrade's cutting edge computer- based technology.
