-          Every candidate that tests in a LaserGrade test center receives an end-of-test survey about their experience? 

-          Candidate survey results are analyzed and issues resolved every single day to constantly improve the LaserGrade test experience?

-          Candidates provide feedback about their experience from registration at LaserGrade’s national call center through their testing experience at the test center, including environment, test content and overall satisfaction? 

-          LaserGrade employs individuals whose full-time jobs are to review candidate comments and test site compliance in order to constantly improve our test delivery network. 

-          LaserGrade proctors are trained, pass a criminal background check and must pass an annual certification exam in order to proctor exams
